Hello, I am Palanivel Manoharan,B.Tech,MBA,CISSP,CCSP. Currently, I am living in the USA and working as a Senior Cyber Security Architect. I was born in the wonderful village Thiruvathavur in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. 

My early life was in poverty and obstructions. All these struggles were encouraging one same thing again and again in my mind. "Education and hard work will change our life". A great dream and execution will create a change not only in our life but in everybody's life. 

I strongly believe Dr.Abdul Kalam sir's quote. "A dream is not that which you see while sleeping, it is something that does not let you sleep".

He is such an inspiration!. I used to follow him at every step of my life. I desired to be a great speaker and make changes in other's life. I began speaking on the mic at the age of 6. I love to engage audiences of any age. 

  As part of giving back to my community initiative, I started delivering Motivational/Cyber Security Awareness/Kids Engagement speeches completely free for School/college students and people. 

I am a professional Cyber Security Architect and passionate/Volunteer RJ and VJ in various USA Media. Also, I own the "RJ Mano - Motivation Tamil" Podcast on all the major podcast platforms (Spotify, Google Podcast, Apple Podcast, etc.) And, Running Facebook and Instagram pages to motivate others as a passionate content creator.

வணக்கம், எனது பெயர் பழனிவேல் மனோகரன், மதுரையில் உள்ள திருவாதவூர் என்ற புண்ணிய கிராமத்தில் பிறந்தவன். தற்பொழுது அமெரிக்காவில் வசித்து வருகிறேன். வாழ்க்கையின் பல சவால்களை கடந்து எனது வாழ்க்கையில் பயணிக்கும் நான், எனது ஆரம்ப கட்டத்தில் வெகு சில நல்ல மனிதர்களால் தொடர்ந்து உந்தப்பட்டு எனது இலக்கில் விலகாமல் தொடர்ந்து பயணித்தேன்,வறுமையின் கோரா பிடியிலிருந்து இன்று கடவுளின் ஆசிர்வாதத்தால் மன நிறைவான வாழ்க்கையில் இருக்கும் பொழுது எனது மனதின் ஓரத்தில் ஒரு கனம் மற்றும் நெருடல்.எனக்கு கலங்கரை விலக்கமாக என்னை வழி நடத்தியவர்கள் போல நானும் என்னுடைய அடுத்த தலைமுறைக்கு என்னால் இயன்ற அளவு திருப்பிக்கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்ற முடிவோடு என்னுடைய அனுபவம், அறிவு மற்றும் திறமையை முற்றிலும் இலவசமாக கொடுக்க முடிவெடுத்தேன். அந்தவொரு முயற்சியில் இப்போது தொடர்கிறேன்.உங்களின் ஆதரவு மிகவும் முக்கியம், எனக்கான வாய்ப்பை உங்களால் கொடுக்க முடிந்தால் உங்களுடன் இந்த மாற்றத்தை உருவாக்குவதில் பெருமை கொள்வேன் .
